Laptop carts for UMA student use

9th grade students help organize the laptops in their new carts. The carts are the first of mobile technology at UMA in addition to student owned devices. We will have wireless access soon in the portables!

Upper Mississippi Academy is a BYOT school. Students at UMA have the option to bring their own technology devices to school to enhance learning.

I decided to start a brand new blog to coincide with the first year of Upper Mississippi Academy. Here we are at the beginning of a fine adventure with all of the friends, staff, community and families of UMA. Upper Mississippi Academy, where life-long Kindergarten is a good thing and is encouraged in every aspect of the mission, curriculum and classroom. I'm so excited to be a part of this journey.
